We do everything we can to keep the cost of shipping as low as possible, as well as providing a high level of service for our customers.

 

Delivery turnaround time

1-3 working days after your payment has been processed.[Main City Centre's]

Rural or outlying areas may take 7-10 working days  

Tracking

Most customers want to receive their orders as soon as possible, which is why we use express shipping services. Customers also prefer shipping with a tracking service for several reasons.

A tracking number provides peace of mind as it allows customers to track the status of their shipment and know when to expect delivery. This can be especially important and is why we use this service to ensure it arrives safely.

 

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

All international shipments are charged at a flat rate of R1525.00 [Maximum weight 4.8 kgs]

Payer of customs duties

Any customs fees, or VAT costs are always paid by the consignee in the country of delivery. We do not currently offer another option.
